Nice weather (for March, shame it's June). Only rained a little.

We ate:

Asparagus with a soft-poached duck egg.

Pan-fried swordfish steak, broad beans, wild rice, tomato/onion/garlic sauce.

Ali's bread & butter pudding.

(this confirms my opinion that swordfish (at least the swordfish I can get) really isn't worth the effort - pleasant, but not enough flavour.
