Warm 22C; sunny. Walked 1.7 miles through the park and surrounding roads.
Helped out my 86-year-old neighbour who needed antibiotics fetched from the pharmacy, but had been deserted by his grandson. Neighbour also had to be catheterised, so had an interesting conversation with him while he was holding a rapidly filling bag of urine!
Ali went to the dentist to have a crown fitted, but the lab had made a mistake in production, so she'll have to go back on Friday.

Home-made haddock fishcakes, rice with samphire.
